If your bid is affordable and competitive, we will contact you by email and SMS with the full details of the journey including a reference number.
You would then undertake the journey, and invoice us via email, quoting the reference number and the original price agreed. Our bidding system does not charge and rent and we don’t guarantee any amount of work. Simply enter the bid that is lower than the amount shown in the bidding message.
When a customer makes a booking for a journey in your area, we will let you know by phone, email or text message.
If we contact you by e-mail, you will have the opportunity to enter your fare using our online system, which can be accessed on an Internet enabled modern mobile phone or computer. You can also reject or confirm your acceptance of a job in the same way.
Your bidding is only known by you and Flex Taxis Admin Team. You should not discuss or share information about your bidding or customer’s journeys with other drivers or any other third party.

If picking up from the airport, please always check the landing time matches the flight number provided and track the flight before you start your journey. If you have any doubts please call us before going to the airport to avoid wasting time with no earnings. Do not presume the information provided by the passenger is always accurate.
When the client has already paid, do not request them any payment. This applies for commission account.
If the customer requires a return booking or booking for a different journey, please ask them to call us on 01992467782 or take their details and pass them to us. We will make contact with the client. Once the booking has been confirmed by the client, you will the first to be in charge of this job.
You normally take a job based on the distance within your registered area. This means that if a booking has been made in your area, the system will offer you the job.
If the journey did not take place, please let us know as soon as possible, failure to do so may result in refunding the full fare to the customer. Please make sure you confirm that the journey actually happened before you invoice us.
Do not sub-contract this journey with anyone who does not work for us. If you have problems of taking the job, please contact us immediately.
Our taxi services are provided by fully licensed and insured driver and vehicle. Vehicles must be in good conditions and have working air-conditioning.
Please let us know as soon as possible about changes regarding your transport services.
